How do I choose the right size?

Use the Find my size tool on each product page, or refer to the size chart. If you are between sizes or need help, WhatsApp us before placing your order.

Are the colours exactly the same as shown?

We make every effort to display colours accurately. Slight differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout by parcel weight. Peninsular Malaysia starts from RM5 and Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan from RM17. Orders from RM80 (Peninsular) or RM150 (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) get free shipping. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full rates.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes about 2–7 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

We will email you the tracking number once your parcel is shipped. Please allow some time for the status to update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to the order status and may not be possible after processing begins.

Do you have a discount code?

New customers can use WELCOME10 for a discount on their first order. One use per customer.

Can I return or exchange an item?

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Please read our Returns & Exchanges page and Refund Policy before sending anything back.
